How inquiries are processed
Inquiries are stored in this website’s infrastructure and submitted to FormSubmit for delivery to mikael@otwsupply.com. Processing may take place outside your country. WhatsApp processes conversations you initiate under its own terms.
Measurement and protection
We record basic events such as WhatsApp clicks and form starts and saved submissions to understand website use. These events do not contain your inquiry text or email. A temporary technical identifier derived from the connection helps limit abuse. This version does not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your requests
We retain information while following up and managing your inquiry and review it when no longer needed. You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to mikael@otwsupply.com. Requests are handled considering applicable obligations and records that must be retained.
